I'm an IT Support Technician currently working at Aptiv M2 in Tangier since September 2024, with a strong passion for cloud computing technologies. I specialize in user support, incident management, and basic Windows & Linux administration with cloud deployment experience in Azure, AWS, and OpenStack.
My current role involves supporting office tools (Microsoft 365, network printers), assisting production lines with critical IT equipment troubleshooting, and collaborating with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams for escalations. I have hands-on experience with VMware, VirtualBox, ServiceNow, and Veyon supervision solutions.
I hold a specialized diploma in Digital Infrastructure with Cloud Computing specialization from ISTAG BAB TIZIMI-Meknes, along with multiple CISCO certifications including PCAP Python, CCNA v7, and Cybersecurity Essentials. I'm fluent in Arabic (native), French (B1), and English (B1).
